Yes, now you need to do it that way because the game now is over 2GB in size and Android doesn't allow to install apks bigger than 2GB. How to fix fps drops on android
Renpy is very laggy on Android so there's really nothing I can do for you... Maybe you could try tweaking JoiPlay until you find the sweet spot for your phone

What should I do if I can open the game but it crashes later? My computer's system is Win11
What do you before it crashes? Do you open any menu? Does it show you an exception screen?
Maybe this will fix it:
Press Shift+G -> in "Renderer" change "Automatically Choose" to "Force ANGLE2 Renderer"
I didn't do any extra steps，It will pop up from the game interface, but the game will be completely white and will crash on its own later
